‘’All cure starts from within out’’ – Herings Law of Cure by Constantine Hering

My interest in nutritional therapy began when I encountered health problems of my own. I discovered that by using simple nutritional techniques to help with my own health problems I saw dramatic improvements and consequently my quality of life improved. The more I studied to alleviate my own health issues the more I enjoyed the results and wanted to share it with others.

I wanted to educate other people and make them understand what their body is doing and why. No person is the same and the more you understand your own requirements the fewer health problems you will encounter. All the people I have treated have seen results from the smallest changes and have now incorporated them in their daily routine.

By taking charge of your health and being responsible for it will help in the prevention of disease and allow you a better and more fulfilled life.  Food can not only provide energy but well being for the mind and body.  Our brains are directly affected by what we eat and how our digestive system works, which influences hormones, the immune system and how we deal with stress

Specifically Nutritional Therapy looks at the requirements of each individual treated by undertaking a detailed case history of health, symptoms and diet.  This then highlights any areas of deficiency and where systems are under functioning.  You will be surprised how small changes can make big improvements without the need for unusual foods and expensive supplements.

Nutritional Therapy treats many conditions and problems but commonly, stress, low energy, digestive disorders, skin complaints, allergies, arthritis, high blood pressure, weight gain, weight loss, women’s health, excess catarrh, constipation, headaches, blood sugar imbalances.

So how do you know if Nutritional Therapy can help you?
If you have a reoccurring health issue or symptom no matter how small, a consultation with a Nutritional Therapist will give you not only a detailed insight and understanding of your health but also teach you how to bring about significant improvements.  Working together to make changes to diet and lifestyle that fits into your day to day life.
